Multi Tasking Your Way To Business Success

Multi Tasking...

What Does That Mean?......

If you are like most people you do it already. Everyone has the stove on, dinner cooking, then
the phone rings, and the kids ask you an important question. Hmmmm? Which is more
important right now? How do you prioritize these steps to make an efficient completion
to each task at hand?

It is very much a learned skill. Like the memorization skills magnifiers of starting with yellow,
red, green....and then adding purple, now you have yellow, red, green, purple... Then, add
blue and so on :) Juggling, you start with two balls generally and add one at a time until
you mastered this skill. The same goes for multi tasking skills. Honing these skills and
setting your mind to automatically know which of the 4 or 5 tasks presented to you are the
most important, urgent, and necessary to complete first is what you will master when you
dissect the system and evaluate what exactly happens when you start to "Juggle" your
tasks.

Every person is going to be realizing their own personal limits at different times. Some
employment positions predispose us to multi tasking from the start of that working
career and other positions just do not offer this as a prerequisite to holding that position.

If you are already multi tasking and doing many things at once for a good part of your day,
then, consider yourself lucky to have already worked on this handy and necessary lifeskill.
